How ordering works
Everything is baked fresh to order in small weekend batches — no standing inventory, so please order ahead rather than expecting same-day availability.

Order by Thursday evening
Send your order through the form by Thursday night. This is the cutoff for that week's weekend bake — orders after this will roll to the following week.

Friday, we plan and prep
Once orders are in, ingredients are shopped and any dough that needs an overnight rest gets started.

Saturday morning, we bake
Everything is baked fresh that morning — cookies, banana bread, and cinnamon rolls, made in the order they were requested.

Saturday pickup, 2–4pm
One pickup window each week. You'll get a message when your order's ready to grab.
A note on quantity — only a limited number of orders are taken each week to keep everything genuinely fresh and made with care. If a week fills up, you're welcome to place your order for the following weekend.
